Description: This is a beautiful specimen consisting mostly of masses of small blue crystals with lesser amounts of green BROCHANTITE crystals on all sides collected many decades ago at the Grandview Mine, Horseshoe Mesa, Grandview Mining District, Coconino County, Arizona, USA. The specimen is 4.1 by 3.1 by 1.6cms in size or about 1.64 by 1.24 by 0.64 inches and weighs 29.9 grams in its large protective plastic box. The mine was sold in 1940 to the US National Park service and is now part of the Grand Canyon National Park Service with no collecting allowed since that time.
