Description: LAST ONE! This auction features the officially licensed MADMAN Iris Print on fine art paper by MIKE ALLRED. This piece was published in the late 1990s and is over 20 years old now. Its hard to believe it has already been over 20 years since this beautiful piece was released! Back in 2004 my gallery was fortunate enough to purchase an incredible collection of IRIS PRINTS published by Wildstorm Productions (when they had the Marvel license in the late 1990s). I worked directly with Jim Lee, and acquired the remains of all the print runs listed in the Certificate of Authenticity pictured above. Jim was generous enough to HAND SIGN each and every Certificate of Authenticity. Over the years these Iris Prints have sold through, and I have only a very few of each of those currently listed on ebay (literally between 2 and 3 of each print). We are offering these one last time to make room for newer product. This was an incredible collection, and it was an honor to be able to do this deal 16 years ago and bring these back into the public eye. This piece by MIKE ALLRED is HAND SIGNED by BOTH Mike AND Laura Allred, and numbered in an edition of 200. This is # 98/200. This IRIS PRINT measures roughly 16 x 21 3/4. Again, the Certificate of Authenticity is HAND SIGNED by Jim Lee, and the owner of our gallery. The Iris Print is printed on amazing high quality textured watercolor paper, and matches or exceeds the standards of the giclee printing process that is most often used today. We recommend that these be shipped FLAT if possible, as the paper is THICK and of the highest quality.
