We are unable to test it for functionality ourselves at our facility. The upholstery is in excellent condition with no rips or tears on it at all. It comes with stirrups, a hospital grade electrical receptacle, a "Quick Reference Guide", a CD, and a roll of white paper for patients to lay on. This sale is for the United States ONLY. The table is also available for local pick-up in Watsonville CA. Item comes with a full 30-day warranty. The unit will be wrapped and strapped to a pallet and shipped by freight.
