If applied per Microscale's directions included, and, with their chemical system listed on the back of package, these decals will appear to be painted on when finished. Decals are from new stock and are sealed in excellent condition and complete. Email any questions and I'll provide a quick answer. Decals have been inspected to insure they are complete.
