Description: This pack of DVC-538K2 MatchFit Dovetail Clamps from Microjig is a versatile approach to achieving clamping pressure in hard to reach places or set-ups which offer you a new way to build straight-line rip guides, taper jigs, fence extensions, custom track systems, and creative ways to clamp jigs in the shop. They will eliminate the need for expensive and time-consuming T-Tracks. By routing a dovetail groove using any 1/2" X 14-Degree Dovetail Router Bit (although we recommend the MatchFit Dovetail Bit instead), you can create your own dovetail channels virtually anywhere you need clamping pressure. The clamp head is contained within the track and does not interfere with the operation. In fact, it opens possibilities for extending the capabilities of workspaces because the MATCHFIT is not bound by the edge. These sturdy steel F-style clamps have a throat depth of approximately 3", can clamp materials up to 5-1/2" thick, and can apply up to 596 lbs. of pressure when open to 4 inches. Clamps are also compatible with Microjig's Dado Stop Jig. Pack includes 2 clamps.
