This is only on these "end discs" and not on the other four discs in each of the cases. The discs have been tested and play fine. The other eight discs are in excellent physical condition. Again, the fogginess does not affect the playing of the discs. The exterior cardboard case is in very good condition with some light corner and storage wear.
