It was part of the officially licensed Moonwalker stationery made by Towa/Japan Craft Company (official licensee for Triumph International) released exclusively in Japan in 1988. My Mom was president of a large MJ fan club in the 90's and an avid collector for 35+ years so she had quite the collection.
