The outer frame is all hand painted with stars, flowers, steaming cup of coffee and a gold fish bowl. This fun piece was all handmade and hand painted by a talented artist named Gustavo from Mexico City....It measures 9 3/4 inches tall by 5 1/2 inches wide and 1 inch deep.This is a contemporary example of a long tradition of retablos.
