The stock guides are steel and wear out causing oil consumption and burnt valves. This is an upgraded bronze guide to better wear and last longer. These also make repairing the cylinder head far more cost effective than replacing the head as Smart doesn't offer the guides without buying the entire head. Sold as a set of 6 guides as seen in pictures. Will work for intake or exhaust, order two sets if you want 12. Please note you will need to have a machine shop install in the head and properly fit valves, not a do at home yourself job.
