If you put it on a watch that is 1.5" it will fit a 7-9/16"wrist or a 7-3/4" wrist with the clasp in the longer setting. Very well made and sturdy with a snappy clasp. (Be sure to measure your watch) I calculated the approximate wrist size base on an average size watch of 1.5" . Also, it is my personal opinion, that this band looks better with the fit more tight than loose. This band has 19mm tubular ends that are notched on the back side for access to your springbars.
