This is the original Japan first pressing that comes with the holograph cover. It also comes in an extra thick jewel case with 3 bonus tracks. This Japanese pressing is long out of print. Includes Japanese language insert as well. The regular insert (Not the hologram one) is AUTOGRAPHED by bassist Dave Ellefson, guitarist Chris Broderick and drummer Shawn Drover and looks really nice.
