Breathable polyurethane film allows vapor transmission and prevents wound bed maceration. MedVance™ Foam comes with two configurations; with and without border. MedVance™ Foam with adherent border is a PU foam laminated with PU film coated with hydrocolloid adhesive on the border. MedVance™ Foam without border is made of PU film laminated with PU film.
