Description: Medieval Hunting Scene Heavy Upholstery Fabric Handprint Panel J H Thorp Being offered by the panel which measure 57 1/2 inches wide to the edges; 48 inches between the printed areas and 38 1/2 inches at the repeat which has been cut between the white line marked by in the image (NOTE - I selected an area halfway between the castle top and the bottom of the floral area to ensure I would not be cutting off any of the head in the images. It would be a shame to damage any of this exceptionally beautiful, old fabric!). This is the last piece left from the bolt. YES, the colors are as deep and rich as shown!This is vintage and dates from sometime in the late 1970's or 1980's. It is a handprint by J. H. Thorp. Other than appearing to be printed off-center I could not find any damage or misprint; though this was originally a from a larger bolt of fabric that has since been trimmed and so old. The fabric content is unknown, but assume it is 100% cotton. It is a medium-heavy weight in a linen weave. From smoke free home; stored in Pets Off Limits room.
