Description: MCM Headboard Footboard and Rails Beautiful antique MCM bed with a tall headboard, curved footboard and original drop in pin style rails. The paintdoesn't look original but it is pretty old and has discoloration and chipping that gives it that wonderful old shabby chic look. Both of the medallions are broken but complete. I have left as is but restoration would not be difficult and the piecesfit together tightly. All of the framework, medallions, rails and finials are heavy cast iron and the panels are thick heavy duty pierced/perforated aluminum. I also have the wood slats that came with it when I bought it.
