Description: Normal.dotm 0 0 1 12 70 Southern Connecticut State University 1 1 85 12.0 0 false 18 pt 18 pt 0 0 false false false This tiny soft-covered book from McLoughlin Brothers is undated, but was probably published in the late 1870’s. It measures approximately 4” x 5 ¾” and contains 12 pages and 4 colored engravings. It is part of a series with the running title of Watt’s Divine and Moral Songs. At the rear of this piece, someone appears to have sewn in the front and back covers of another title in this series, Watt’s Songs—Good Examples. The stories that appear here include: “Examples of Early Piety,” “The Excellency of the Bible,” “Praise for Birth and Education in a Christian Land,” and “A Morning Song.” There is an abrasion in the left margin of the cover, and the piece has been reinforced with thread along the spine. Otherwise in good plus condition. I will be adding several lots of tracts and chapbooks to my store tonight. I will combine postage costs on these items. If you order more than one lot, pay the postage, and I will return the excess.
