The example pictured in Scott for this type stamp has the perfs not touching the bottom outer frameline but cutting through the outer frameline and at least one perf touching the inner frameline. In addition the perfs on the right touch the outer frameline. On this specimen the perfs are clear of the right, top and left framelines while cutting onto the bottom frameline with some perfs reaching the back edge of the bottom frameline. Thus my grade of Fine.
