FREE COVERED PARKING AND WIFI This spacious one bedroom condominium sleeps 4 and can accommodate an additional young child. The partial kitchen is equipped with a refrigerator, microwave, dishwasher, coffee maker, dishes and silverware. Your en-suite includes a comfortable king size bed, large bathroom with his and her sinks, walk in shower, separate deep soaking tub, private ocean front lanai with fabulous views of nearby Hawaiian islands, breathtaking sunsets, and breaching whales (in season). A king size sofa with a comfortable king size sleeper is included in the updated living room furniture. Free self parking in the attached covered garage, WIFI, large flat screen televisions and DVD player are all included at no additional cost. YOU DO NOT PAY A RESORT FEE OR CLEANING FEE You must be at least 21 years old to rent his condominium and the person whose name is on the reservation must be present and present a valid photo I.D. and credit card at check in. You are responsible for paying the nightly state and county imposed occupancy tax collected at checkout (approximately $18.13 per day) and the security deposit (approximately $200) that is fully refunded at checkout out if there is no damage to your condominium. You are responsible for your incidental expenses. Within 24 hours after your purchase you will receive an email from me requesting the name(s) that would like to have on your written confirmation and the number of people that will be staying in your condominium. Upon receipt of your response I will promptly contact the Hilton Kaanapali Beach Club and transfer my reservation into your name and you will receive an email directly from the resort with your reservation information and confirmation number. An additional copy of the reservation confirmation will also be mailed to you via USPS. By listing this auction I verify that I am the actual travel agent or travel provider and not a third party affiliate. The travel/accommodations in this auction will be booked directly through me and not an outside agency. I also verify that, other than the government taxes and related government fees stated within the listing description itself, there will be absolutely no additional fees, charges or after auction purchases associated with booking the travel within this listing.
