This print is Snow at Hinuma Swamp. It is a snow filled graphic with a fisherman in a straw cape and straw hat walking away from his boat. The original was done in 1947. It is part of the Shin Hanga movement. Hansui was a prolific artist with more than 600 prints during his career. Preloved...but this art piece looks perfect to me.
