This weighs 64.30 CTS and has been cut into an oval shape. The measurements are approximately 26.5 x 22.2 x 14.0 mm. Despite it's very large size, this gemstone is of premium quality. The coloring is a soft feminine pink tone, and has been polished to a high sheen. This would make an impressive pendant or large piece of jewelry. This exhibits a clearly visible star caused by asterism. This phenomenon causes a moving star of light to travel across the surface of the stone when exposed to a light source, either artificial or sunlight. Rose quartz often has more muted less defined stars, whereas the star in this piece is clearly visible and well formed. As with all of our rose quartz, this is not lab made, diffused, or treated in any way. The gem is fully transparent and has excellent clarity. There is no notable flaws or inclusions and can be considered eye clean or near flawless clarity, which is impressive given it's size.
