Description: Up for consideration is a simply gorgeous Large Antique high end Silver Plated Russian / Polish Table or Counter top Vanity mirror with date codes of between 1883-1896. The piece stands a staggering 30 inches in height with a width of about 19 inches. It has wonderful lines with great scrolling detail and to boot it is in excellent condition with no chips cracks or repairs. Furthermore The back is wonderfully clean finished mahogany wood that is thick wholesome and attractive from any vantage point. So if you like nice things this is a top tier piece and mind you you are well you are on your way. It is marked on the bottom edge with the factory seal marks. I have been all over the place including Europe and you just don't see good honest authentic old Antique pieces of this caliber very often and if you do you will have to pay for it is simple as that. Please understand that small 12 or 14 inch mirrors are great and they run 2oo maybe 300 then if you add a little flair or style they can get up there 5 or 600 dollars but when you double the size or more and you see something with all the bells and whistles...it gets serious...and Well as you go up and price and style the availability starts to dwindle rapidly but of course you get what you pay for unless you are lucky.
