Every vinyl record I sell has been 100% played, enjoyed and tested by me personally all through on both sides. HOWEVER I can't say or guarantee how it will play on yours. After years being a dealer/collector of records in the 80s & 90s I learned that even a brand new vinyl record is subjected to some possible surface noise and if anything else, just the characteristics of vinyl compound in itself and the physics/elements of it alone can have various impact. MARY HOPKIN "POST CARD" ORIGINAL VINYL LP 1969 APPLE RECORDS CAT #ST-3351 Produced by Paul McCartney PLUS BONUS 45 RPM MARY HOPKIN KNOCK KNOCK WHO'S THERE The 45rpm plays very nice with some typical surface noise CONDITIONS OF THE ALBUM VISUALLY Some surface marks/scuffs here and there however still pretty nice with some gloss. AUDIBLY Has typical surface noise throughout and as usual more noticeable in the beginning with the groove, between tracks and during soft passages. HOWEVER PLEASE NOTE.... On my turntable it has a forward skip issue on side one track #4.Except for that issue, the rest of the album plays as stated above. I cannot say or guarantee how it will play on YOUR turntable. Could serve as a filler until a VG+ or NM is found. As you probably know grading vinyl records remains very subjective from one listener to another also depending on turntable, arm adjustments, cartridge and stylus/needle. This album is not for any high-end audiophile collector who should stay with near mint or new anyway. COVER As seen in photos the cover has shelf wear. dented corners and seam splitting ( see photos ) Still overall pretty nice cover. The Inner Sleeve has some edge/seam splitting. I would neatly mend with clear tape but I found that most buyers prefer to decide and do it themself.
