Car is complete in all it's parts including the support brackets for the couplers and the corners of the faux wheels. Shell shows lighter play wear and lettering is nice on both sides. Wheels do have some light rust present as do the axles. Nice car overall. Tender weighs under 1 pound safely packed for shipping.
