The shirt is a solid navy color and has two front patches stitched on featuring the Marvel Comics security agency S.H.I.E.L.D. One patch says S.H.I.E.L.D. Incident Response Team and the other patch says SHIELD Agent. The shirt is blank on the back and on the shoulders/sleeves. The shirt is a US Men's XL size and I would say that it fits as a true extra large. So definitely not skin tight. It has a little bit of looseness to it. If you border on wearing a large and XL, it might be a little baggie. I personally purchased this shirt new online about 3 or 4 years ago. Since then it was just stored away in the closet and has actually never been worn (other than being tried on once) or washed. So for that reason I'm stating that it is still a new condition however it does not have any tags attached. And that's actually how it came when I received it. The shirt is in excellent condition with no major flaws or defects of any kind. It's just a little wrinkled from being stored away and has a little bit of lint on it.
