There are no tears or significant marks other than 4 marks in the top from a previous amp that was sitting on it. (see picture)This model is 220V, designed for use in the UK and comes with the transformer, so it works perfectly in the US, as long as you always use it with the transformer. The amp sounds amazing as it is, but is also a great pedal platform. New Tuki cover and transformer. It will be shipped well packed and insured, with the tubes removed and packaged inside the box for safety. If you live within a distance that you would like to travel, it can be made available to try and pickup from my house in the Wayne area of North Jersey.
