This is NOT the same issue in the video, but the video is typical of what you might find. Condition: Mild mildew smell. In fairly good condition for its age. Some corner dog-earing and wear/tear on the spine, some spine ripping. Some yellowing of the cover and pages. Definite thumbmark wear along the edge from flipping the pages. See photos.
