Several of the experiments throughout the book call for a matchbox so we designed our kit to resemble a matchbox. The outer sleeve features a faux scratch surface with the word “MATCHES” on top. Measuring, 5”x3.5”x2.5”, it is small enough so that it fits in a backpack or laptop bag with ease. Containing six different values of ¼ carbon film four band resistors as needed by the experiments in the handbook. The second option, which is this page, is "Component Pack Only" and contains the full electronics kit without the handbook.TIME SAVER CENTRAL!!!Having the right size jumper wires makes a big difference when you are working with a small breadboard like the ones used so we had our jumper wires not only custom cut but customer color coded as well to match Charles Platt’s experiments. We did the same thing with our custom cut and color coded alligator clips to ensure there’s no confusion as readers complete the experiments throughout up the book. Also included in the kit are multiple battery holders along with batteries, low current LEDS, transistors, photoresistors, a low voltage piezo transducer, a 7555 timer chip, along with a mini solderless breadboard.
