The outfit is a pretty royal blue bustier over blk velvet shorts atop fishnet stocking and thigh high blk velvet embroidered boots to cap. Over it is a blk velvet embroidered long overcoat that just stuns. Cissy has her earrings and necklace that sparkle and a blk knit hat decorated with velvet flowers.
