Description: This is an unusual lathe cutting tool. I do some lathe work, but I don't really know what the specific use of this tool is. Very well made and in great condition. The shank is 1" x 1/2". Total length of the tool (not counting the cutting bit) is about 7" long. The gooseneck rotates, and varies in diameter, but starts out at 3/4". Very stout tool. No maker name, but does have engraved initials.
