ITEMS WE SELL that fall under our media grading policy are records, CDs. cassettes, 8-track tapes, DVDs, Blu-ray, Laserdisc, CEL Videodisc, and video games for most vintage to current day consoles and computer systems.We do not grade books, magazines, comics, or toys. MEDIA GRADING Video game grading is based on visual examination and when available, pay-testing. While we do have several game consoles to test on, we do not have all of them. If a game is not tested we will state so in the listing. Below is a quick summation of our visual grading which combines eBay descriptions with Goldmine standards. We are not professional graders and we do not send out items to be graded. Mint (M) A Mint item is perfect, usually still sealed in factory shrink wrap and no scuffs, tears, fading, saw cuts or punches, or markings on the packaging. It looks brand new Near Mint (NM) Near Mint items look almost new and not used or barely used. they still have all of the packaging, instructions, inserts, manuals, and paperwork included. These would be your open-box items or records/CDs that did not come factory sealed. Excellent (E) An Excellent item may have light visual marks that will be difficult to spot. Vinyl records will have little surface noise. A lot of EX-graded media has been in and out of their sleeve/case only a handful of times, and have been extremely well-kept. Video game discs and CDs/packaging will have maybe one minor flaw that doe not affect playability. Very Good Plus (VG+) A VG+ item has few faults. It doesn't, however, have compromised audio or video quality. A VG+ item may have several marks, such as a very light surface scratch or scuff. Records may have minor surface noise. Cases and sleeves show shelf wear. Very Good (VG) A VG-rated item has experienced a lot of use, but it still has life in it. A record may have a pop or click, and there may be more visual signs of age or wear. Cases or jackets may have some corner wear or creasing, or minor seam splitting. Games will definitely look played, but can still be played. Good (G) or Good Plus (G+) "Good" in the grading context is not good. A G or G+ rated item will have scratches or scuffs that are plainly visible, and the jackets/cases will have seen better days. G+ is often used as a catch-all when the media is in far better shape than the casing, but it may still have blemishes. Records and CDs may have skips and video games might glitch, freeze, or skip. Poor (P) or Fair (F) A P or F rating reflects an item of poor condition. We rarely sell an item in this condition unless it's rare and still sought after. All of our prices reflect the condition of the media. Playback results vary from device to device. SHIPPING POLICY: We will do our best to get items shipped as fast as possible. Media Mail ships the next business day. All other items will ship between 1-3 business days depending on how difficult it is to pack. But- we pride ourselves in being FAST. RETURN POLICY: If you're not 100% satisfied with your purchase, we encourage you to send the item back to us, on us, for 30 days after purchse. Just print out a shipping ticket through eBay, put it back in a box, and send it back. Once we receive the item in the same condition it was shipped in, we will refund you completely.
