I would grade the condition of the record as VG+ (a few relatively minor scratches / smudges are noticeable) and the sleeve as Good (the outer sleeve is scruffy with ringwear and smells musty, and the plain white inner sleeve is scruffy and smells musty, but both sleeves still functional).
