Description: Beautiful vintage designer sterling silver blue opal and zircon or topaz blue and white halo stone ring, size 7, sizable. This lovely ring is 1/2” long by 1/2” wide and weighs 2.9 grams. It features an 8 mm by 6 mm light blue common opal at center with deep blue and brilliant, sparkling white stones prong set in halo fashion surrounding. The colorless side stones may be zircon and/or topaz. The white/colorless stones have tremendous sparkle and are very white. The deep cobalt blue stones have intense color and may be kyanite or zircon. This ring came from a very nice estate, but was not accompanied by information from the appraiser. I took it to my jeweler and I am describing it according to his assessment. I like to price my items as low as possible. It is quite costly to have gemstones tested, so it wasn’t worth doing so here. This ring is solid sterling silver and well made. More importantly, it is really lovely and unique. It is stamped “925” and has been professionally tested as solid sterling silver.
