Sealed in original shrink-wrap/packaging but has 1-2 very slight imperfections/blemishes (for example-a minor ding on the edge/corner of jacket). ‘EX+’ = Excellent +. Vinyl may have 1 or 2, if any, minor surface scuffs, but certainly no scratches. Label has no evidence of wear, no writing and sharp coloring. Jacket has no seam splits, no creases, clean edges/corners, no ring-wear, no writing. ‘EX’ = Excellent. Vinyl has only a couple minor surface scuffs, but certainly no scratches.
