It was some shelf wear on the ears, as well as some creasing from how it was sent to me. Otherwise, the backpack is unused with tags & the glow in the dark feature is pretty bright after it’s been activated by sunlight. This item will be sent out in a recycled box with either butchers paper or bubble wrap to insure there is no further damage throughout the shipping process.
