Description: New/Unused lot of 40 Eaton/Cutler Hammer QBHW1020 20 amp bolt-on circuit breakers. They were stored in humid location and the bolt that pinches the wire got a little rust and are very hard to screw in or out (as shown in 4th pic). A shot with penetrating oil frees them up but I'm not messing around with it. The price reflects the extra work that will need to be done.
