The baby Bjorn really hurt my back and put all the weight up on my shoulders but the ergo baby is amazing because it puts the weight on your hips.I used mine all the way until my child was too and then used it with a second child and then gave it away to someone. These last long time. This one has the additional snap on wrap for the baby to drool and suck on which can be removed and washed. Wish I had had that when I had my kids.
