I have listed any of the major flaws I noticed in the description above. Please see the pictures for more details. The Official Pokemon Full Pokedex Guide Diamond & Pearl Version shows the most wear. The top & bottom of the pages and cover are bent/folded. The cover has a tear on the spine and at the front corners where folded. The first two pages have come loose from the spine - see picture.
