Grand Larceny charge against Westley, Rachel Sowden/Dowden and Benjamin Carter who were accused of stealing a double barrel shot gun, powder horn and gold from John Lingerfelter/Lingenfelter. 11 pieces of gold were found and Westley was taken into custody. Benjamin was charged with assisting in the attempted April 21 jail escape of Westley. You get: Affidavit of John Lingenfelter.
