Description: LONGINES ref.1941 71 Vintage 1938 tank watch Classic Beautiful Art Deco tank watch manufactured by Longines in 1938, just a year before WW2 started. The dial with Arabic digits and sub-sec register at '6' shows some patina, but it only adds to the unique character of this elegant timepiece. Nicely shaped, 20x36mm rectangular Art Deco case is probably nickel plated, caseback is stainless steel. The movement looks very clean and rust free, signed Longines and has serial number. It has been serviced in December 2021 (6months service warranty) Serial No 5751xxx (production Yr 1938).
