Description: Jack Horner's Pie: A Book of Nursery Rhymes Selected and illustrated by Lois Lenski "Jack Horner's Pie: A Book of Nursery Rhymes," selected and illustrated by Lois Lenski, published by Harper & Brothers in 1927, first edition stated, 7" x 9" hardcover (decorated cloth on boards with mounted title plate on the front cover), 83 pages, illustrated with colored drawings. Inscribed by Lenski (as Mrs. Covey) on the front free endpaper. The book is in fair condition: Front cover detached, backstrip gone, rear hinge weak, text block weak but ok, scattered staining, a handful of short edge tears, soiling and wear to the covers as shown.
