Description: We used this Logitech Harmony 650 remote for years and it's been great to be able to control all our devices. I got it primarily to have one remote to control my surround sound system (Nakamichi), TV and Nvidia Shield TV. I am including the Flirc adapter to plug into your PC (if you are using it as a media server) or the Nvidia Shield TV because the signals from the remote will not be readable for both without the Flirc (which is programmable via their software). The remote will work just fine without the Flirc adapter for any infrared (IR) devices such as TVs, Bluray Players, Speaker Amps, Soundbars, etc. Any questions let me know.
