Dutch oven has an assist tab, bail handle, flat bottom. Lid has loop handle and the basting Drips, lid is marked on the inside 10 1/4 ,8. The Dutch oven is marked on bottom with the number 8 @ 12 o'clock, under that DO, dead center is Made In USA. No chips ,nor cracks, see pictures. Lid fits snuggly, Dutch oven does have movement from side to side and from front to back, both corrected with a business card. Dutch oven measures 4 " deep and 10.25" wide.
