It is in like-new condition, with no marks, dents, scratches, or other blemishes. It is clean and has no rust or corrosion. The weight is made of stainless steel. The two halves of the weight are held together by a single hex screw. In addition, the weight has a removable metal ring which encircles the two halves and allows it to be locked on (pic 2).
