LOADED includes accessories, the accessories alone bought separately are worth about $45 so it's a great deal as a package-THANK YOU FOR CHECKING OUR LISTING-THIS IS A NEW MODEL-1/64 SCALE DIORAMA SHOWROOM with TALL FRONT FRONT ENTRY DOOR DISPLAY OPENING DOORS - , holds 6 to 12 cars depending on the models inside plus the parking lot, front is approximately 13" wide by 3.5" high 7" deep and the front tower is about 4.5 counting the floor and roof...made of 1/8" thick material MDF. Clear large windows and door are etched to show window joint and door lines. Windows are large for maximum visibility from the outside . FINISHED with white interior walls two tone gray exterior, custom sign "YOUR CHOICE". gray floor and black roof. COMES WITH PARKING LOT, AMERICAN DIORAMA DEALERSHIP FIGURES!! Also available without the accessories just email me for more info! Cars are not included they are just for demo purposes! This model is assembled for photographs so you may see some minor gaps or misalignments because it is not put together permanently they won't be there when it is properly assembled! What you get: 1-Complete assembled Building 13" wide by 7" deep 3.5" high with my own designed easy fit corners comes knocked down but very easy assemble after you finish it. The side wall shown in the photo is included , side person door and garage door are included . Nice easy to assemble system have been using it for years it has been copied by others on ebay. Also available unfinished in another listing! 2-Front is made of solid wood and 1/8" MDF windows are plastic/acrylic all doors can slide up and out to pose as opened all tracks are installed for you. Installed top wood trim. 3-Laser cut doors/windows they are more uniform than hand cut items. 4-Get a quality model at a discount put your own touches on it as far as color, decals any other graphics you may want. 5- New car sign is included if you want something different on the sign just tell me with your order. 6-10" x 15 3/4" black rubber parking lot is included along with the two sets of figures car show and sales figures set.
