Description: Here is a postwar Lionel Trains O Gauge Automatic Crossing Gate accessory, item #252. As you can see by my "bench test" video, it TRIES TO WORK but the unit does not seem to have enough power to completely lower the gate. Perhaps you Lionel guys can tweak it and make it work. Photos show the accessory from all 6 sides, with a yardstick in the pics for size reference. White plastic crossbuck with black printed stripes, diecast base and end weights. Not sure if it is missing anything, but there are tiny holes at the end of the crossbuck that I believe may have held a lantern or such. Great winter repair project, or parts to fix another one. Priced to sell, with only actual USPS Ground Advantage or Priority Mail shipping charged.
