This engine was used in many mid-sized O27 sets in the early 1950s. Features include an all metal construction, a reverse unit, light, smoke, and magnetraction. It also features metal hand-rails, wheels and axles. The matching tender is a 2046W but it is not included. Known as the Baltic in Europe and the Hudson in North America, the 4-6-4 was introduced in the early 20th century finding success in hauling freight and as a shunting model. Their use would initially find great success on North American railways before eventually becoming mainstays in rail-yards around the world!
