Description: 95% Polyester, 5% Spandex These have some general wear and fading, including piling of the fabric (particularly to the thighs). These can be seen in pictures. These might have tiny holes in them from the hang tag. Due to the nature of the legging material, they often have holes from the plastic of the hang tag, the holes can't always be seen until they are worn. If I see the holes, I will point them out and take pictures. Waist: 11 3/4" un-stretched Rise: 11.5"Inseam: 27" The waist is measured laying flat from one side to the other, you will have to double the number to get the true waist measurement. The measurements are listed above, in order to ensure a good fit take a pair of pants that fits you well and compare the measurements listed.
