Description: doesnt look used much but someone has added handles which look to be glued. the duct tape is kind of sticky and needs covered or something different. actually it has been drilled and has 2 bolts per side. I pulled the tape off in the last photo. wood looks decent so it could be fixed up to have nice handles. thanks for looking
