This is Volume 1, November thru December, 1936. This bound volume includes the PREMIERE ISSUE of LIFE Magazine - Volume 1, Number 1. The red cloth covers are in very good condition for their age and use - these things were built sturdy - yet this one has a tiny touch of tattering at the top and bottom of the spine cover (probably the most handled volume of the set). I cannot check each page, but did flip thru and the pages inside look to be in excellent condition. This volume is ex-libris and has the pocket and a couple stamps one would expect.
