Description: Letters to Young Churches (J.B. Phillips, 1954 HC/DJ) This book is in good to good condition. The dust jacket is in acceptable condition. The book shows signs of age or wear through slight cover/spine fading, light soil/scuff mark, spine/cover edge/corner rub, corner push, spine upper/lower end rub/push, page edge rub or scuffs, page edge light soil, edge nicks, and yellowing/tanning of pages. Previous owner name, address, and old phone number on the cover page. Front cover top edge has push spot or dent. The pages top edges have a deeper scuff mark that aligns with the front cover top edge dent. Hinges are not visible. All pages are intact with no creasing or marks noted. The dust jacket shows signs of age/wear through cover/spine edge/corner rubbing/chaffing/tears/chips/splits/fraying/creasing, soiling/rub soil/staining, tanning, and fading. Spine is more faded than the front. Outer corners are split with the longest being about 3/8". Notable stain on back. On the back, it looks like the book may have been stuck to a document that had typewriting on it...the ink is shadowed onto the dust jacket. Additional soil and scuff marks on back. Front top edge has notable tear from the spine corner of about 2" with chipping and creasing from. The front has another tear of about 1" with additional small tears throughout. Front lower edge has chips and tears of about 1/2" from the spine corner and another that is about 3/8". Spine corners/edges are well chipped/split. Spine front and back cover edges are well rubbed. Back upper edge has chip and tears of 3/4", 1/16", and 7/16". Inside flaps upper edges have tears. Small amount of writing in pencil on the front inside flap. Smaller chips and tears throughout, but mostly on and near the spine upper and lower edges. Note about the seller – I am not selling books as much as I am sharing in a passion.
