I see that the final version which is in the marketplace gives authorship credit to Bernard Purdie, with Jack Hoban (editor), Bob Porter (foreward), and Tobias Freytag, I cannot comment on the differences between the Dennis manuscript and the published version now in circulation. This manuscript is about 270 single-sided pages, bound with 19 plastic tabs, commonly known as "Comb" binding. The font is huge, making it very easy to read.
